Please note that our spa packages typically book out at least 4 weeks in advance. Our technicians’ schedules differ from one another, meaning our massage therapists, estheticians, and nail technicians may not always be available on the same days. Coordinating their schedules can sometimes lead to limited availability, especially for our spa package services that require multiple technicians.

If you are late for an appointment by 15 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your session. Our cancellation policy requires spa parties or spa days to cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid penalty. Guests who cancel within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. For more information, please view our cancellation policy.
If you would like to create your own spa package or allow the recipient to do so, simply purchase a customized gift card in any denomination. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without 24 hours notice, you may be charged for the services you scheduled.
