We can’t express how happy we’ll be to step back into the doors of Tyler Mason, to see all of your beautiful faces, and to get back to doing what we all love but we want to do it in the safest way possible. We’ll be honest – we’d love for everything to go back to being normal (like this was all just a bad dream) but we have to adjust to a new normal. That new normal is taking a lot of precautions to keep all of our technicians and each of you safe while you’re in our building and to also provide you with the same caring service you have come to know and love.
As much as we’d want to give you an exact date of when we’ll reopen, we don’t want to make a promise we just can’t keep. As the governor said this past week, new guidance is provided regularly, and more is known about the disease daily so the road map may change. What we can tell you is we’re taking all the necessary steps to prepare us to reopen as soon as we are allowed to and in the safest manner possible. Some things we’re working on is a new sanitation plan, distancing strategies, and securing cleaning supplies and PPE for our technicians & guests.
We hope all this information helps you take a deep breath and know that you’ll be in great hands once we return. If you had an appointment on our schedule while we were temporarily closed, you don’t need to do a thing. We’ll be calling you to schedule as soon as we get back into the salon and you’ll be our first priority to get on our schedule. It’s difficult to find the words to encompass what you all mean to us and how thankful we are for the abundance of kind words and support we’ve received from our TM community – it truly is overwhelming. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Stay safe and we can’t wait to see you!
